There is good news for you:  I can help.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help with a variety of issues, such as: marital conflict, intimacy issues, relational conflict, family issues, parenting, premarital counseling, spirituality, anxiety, and life stage/transition issues.

My clients have found me to be approachable and kind.  I am committed to treating you and your story with respect and compassion.  I would consider it an honor to help you process your current challenges

I have a Master’s degree in Family Psychology from Capella University and a post-Master’s certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University.  I am trained in the Prepare/Enrich assessment that is used for pre-marital therapy as well as marriage enrichment.  I work part-time as a staff counselor at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul where I provide counseling to college students.  I am also apart of Wellspring Counselors.
